The emBrowdery™ method process gently lifts the skin to deposit colour using a set of several fine needles in a curved formation. This method is very controlled, gentle and safe compared to other methods. The needles softly snag the skin, thereby depositing colour permanently into the skin.
The main benefits can be summarised as the following:
- LESS PAIN AND SWELLING
- MINIMAL OR NO BLEEDING
- VERY SHORT RECOVERY TIME
- NATURAL LOOKING
- TOTAL CONTROL MAINTAINED BY CLIENT
- NO MOVING PARTS ON TOOL
- NO MECHANICAL FAILURES
- NO MECHANICAL ADJUSTMENTS
- NO CLOGGING OF THE PIGMENT
Traditional methods of tattooing use machines with needles to punch colour into the skin. As a result, there is a definite difference in the amount of pain experienced by the client. Many people who have had permanent make-up with the traditional tattoo machine or the microblading method can attest to the fact that the emBrowdery™ method is far gentler. Because it is gentler, the skin recovers faster. Clients do not experience any down time and can continue with normal activities straight after the procedure.
Is It Safe?
The emBrowdery™ manual technique is quite safe. With each procedure fresh pigments are used and all needles, brushes and pigment cups are disposable. There is no chance of cross contamination. Autoclave or dry heat sterilizers are not necessary. A patch test is necessary to ensure that the client does not have an allergic reaction to the pigment (an extremely rare occurrence).
Using the emBrowdery™ hand method will give you perfect control: there is no loud noise and no worries about putting colour in the wrong places. You will have complete control with this system. Colour will not be deposited into the skin until you gently push forward and lift the needles off the skin. If you set your needles onto the skin and decide that you are not happy, just take away the needles and no colour will be deposited. This gives you exact precision in your work.
Accelerated Healing Time
The emBrowdery™ method is so gentle to the skin, little or no topical anaesthetic is needed. If you choose to use topical before the procedure you need wait only 60 seconds to let it set on the skin to numb the skin. The procedure can be done without topical. Healing will be faster. What topical does is block the message to the brain that there is pain. Since the brain is not receiving that message it does not send out its defences to begin healing the area until after the topical has worn off. This system is gentle and discomfort is controlled by the speed and pressure you are pushing forward and lifting off the skin. This is not true when you are microblading or using a tattoo machine.
